  • Mix cream cheese and cookie crumbs until blended. Press into 4x3-inch rectangle on waxed paper-covered baking sheet. Freeze 15 minutes.
  • Use 1-inch cookie cutter to cut cream cheese mixture into 12 heart shapes.
  • Microwave white chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH for 30 seconds; stir. Microwave 30 seconds more; stir. Continue heating and stirring in 10-second increments until completely melted. Stir in food coloring.
  • Dip each heart-shaped cookie ball in melted chocolate using a fork, letting any excess drip back into the bowl; return to baking sheet. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until chocolate is firm.
  • Melt semi-sweet chocolate as directed on package. Drizzle over cookie hearts. Refrigerate 5 min. Reserve sprinkles for another use.
