Savory and sweet, with a gummy candy on top. A Ritz Cracker covered with semi-sweet chocolate is a bite of sheer delight.

What You Need

RITZ Crackers with Whole Wheat

pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into pieces, melted

berry-shaped gummy candies (about 2/3 cup or 4 oz.)

oz. BAKER'S White Chocolate, chopped

Make It

DIP crackers in melted semi-sweet chocolate, turning to completely coat each cracker. Carefully scrape off excess chocolate.

PLACE in single layer on waxed paper-covered baking sheets. Immediately top with candies.

MICROWAVE white chocolate in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until melted, stirring after 30 sec. Drizzle over crackers. Refrigerate 15 min. or until firm.

Substitute

Prepare using other shapes of gummy candies.

Note

If the chocolate coating on the crackers becomes firm before you are ready to top the crackers with the candies, add a dab of leftover melted chocolate to the bottom of each candy before placing on cracker to secure it to the cracker.

Great Treat. I put a tiny bit of peppermint flavoring and they tast just like the Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies.

I haven't made this yet, but intend to...have made similar recipe and was very good. In response to whaat to use in place of gummy candies, I would think you could use pink & white M & M's, cut-up maraschino cherry (allowed to drain & dry on paper towel),dried cherry (as used in fruit cakes), small valentine candy hearts, etc.

YUMMY! We used fresh raspberries on some, one junior mint on top is great and the pretzel ritz are a good choice too!

This sounds so yummy - any ideas for other kinds of candy to be used? We don't care for gummy candies.

Fun, easy and delicious. I love these little cookies. I didn't include the gummy bears, but used red hots I had on hand. It's a little messy, but worth it! My husband loved it too.
