  • Reserve 1 Tbsp. nuts. Finely chop remaining nuts; mix with wafer crumbs and butter. Press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch tart pan or pie plate.
  • Beat pudding mix and milk with whisk 2 min. Stir in COOL WHIP. Spoon into crust.
  • Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm. Top with fruit and reserved nuts just before serving.

Substitute

Substitute 1 cup halved fresh strawberries for the mixed fruit.

Special Extra

For stronger almond flavor, stir 1/4 tsp. almond extract into pudding mixture before pouring into crust.

It was very easy to make and very tasty. The only thing I would do differently is instead of just refrigerating I would freeze this.
