I brought this tart to a brunch, and everyone loved it. I will definitely make this again.
Great recipe, if it sits out too long it can become runny.
My only problem was with the tart pan. Instead of holding the pan by the sides, I touched the bottom and almost lost the tart. Ooops! Next time I will put the pan on a plate before I even add the crust and filling. Otherwise this was a wonderful dessert - light and pretty. I am going to have fun trying new flavors of pudding. (Lemon would be good.) Enjoy!
