  • Refrigerate 1 hour.

Special Equipment Needed

Selecting & Storing Fresh Berries

Look for firm, plump berries that are full colored for their variety. Fresh berries are perishable and do not ripen after picking, so store in the refrigerator for no longer than 2 days. Rinse with cool water just before using and remove the hulls, if necessary. Berries in season have more flavor and are typically lower in cost than their out-of-season counterparts. Enjoy summer's best all year long by freezing berries at the height of their season. Then, thaw and use as desired.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with graham cracker sticks.

How to Help Prevent the Berries from Bleeding

The colors of the blackberries and raspberries have a tendency to "bleed" into the cream cheese mixture. For best results, stir in the blueberries and strawberries before stirring in the remaining berries.

Ratings & Reviews

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Vanilla Bean Pudding according to package - no cream cheese added I made a package of simply good vanilla bean pudding for a birthday celebration and it was a huge disappointment. First of all the appearance did not resemble pudding. It looked like applesauce. There was almost no flavor; it tasted like artificial sweetener was used. I definitely do NOT recommend this product nor would I purchase it.
