I made this recipe with beef tenderloins - my husband and I both loved it! Served with salad and bread sticks - YUM!!!

What You Need

4
 thick-cut veal chops (1-1/2 lb.)
1/4
cup olive oil

Tbsp. minced garlic
1
Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
1-1/2
cups marinara sauce
1/4
cup balsamic vinegar
1/4
cup shredded POLLY-O Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Make It

PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat and preheat oven to 350ºF. Rub chops with combined oil, garlic and rosemary. Grill 4 min. on each side.

MIX marinara sauce and vinegar in 2-qt. baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with chops; sprinkle with cheese.

BAKE 25 min. or until chops are medium doneness (160°F). Serve topped with the sauce.

Serving Suggestion
Serve with hot baked potatoes or a side green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing.
Substitute
Substitute 1 tsp. dried rosemary leaves for the 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary.
Variation - Pork Chops Balsamico
Prepare as directed, substituting thick-cut pork chops for the veal chops.
