I made this recipe with pork cutlets and added some extra herbs & spices to the mix. I also made a homemade marinara by cooking down tomato soup seasoned with herbs and spices until it thickened slightly. Turned out really good and it's easy.
i used thin cut beef instead of veal and put some marinara sauce on top. very tasty.
A. Veal is EXPENSIVE!! B. The taste wasn't so awesome that I craved more. C. We also made this with cube steak and our family preferred the steak over the veal.
