Cooked frozen vegetables are mixed in a baking pan, spread with a creamy cereal and Parmesan topping then broiled for a delicious side dish.

what you need

pkg.  (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables, cooked
1
pkg.  (10 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, cooked

cans  (14-1/2 oz. each) fat-free lower-salt chicken broth
3/4
cup  creamy wheat (enriched farina) hot cereal (1-minute, 2-1/2-minute or 10-minute cook time), uncooked

Tbsp.  KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Make It

PLACE vegetables in lightly greased 9-inch square baking pan; mix lightly.

BRING broth to boil in medium saucepan. Gradually add cereal; cook 4 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in cheese. Spread over vegetables.

BROIL 7 to 10 minutes or until topping is lightly browned. Serve immediately.
