  • Place vegetables in lightly greased 9-inch square baking pan; mix lightly.
  • Bring broth to boil in medium saucepan. Gradually add cereal; cook 4 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in cheese. Spread over vegetables.
  • Broil 7 to 10 minutes or until topping is lightly browned. Serve immediately.

    After reading comments, revised this recipe b/f making - combined the veggies /w 2 cans low fat cream of mushroom soup & 2% shredded cheddar cheese, then topped /w cornflake crumbs mixed /w melted butter & maked for 20 minutes - very delicious

    Well, i liked the veggies part....the cream of wheat is flavorless and it looks like a white jello. it needs something else to bind it together. I'm going to make it again but use a can of cream of brocolli soup and top it with low fat shredded cheese. that sould make it take like something.
