Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great! Great! Made this to replace my not-so-healthy version of pizza buns. Tasted a little "healthy", but now that I've made it twice, this is the version I will make. I used whole wheat 100-cal english muffins, low-fat mozz, pizza sauce, and diced green peppers. I put them in the oven on 350 until the cheese melts. Thanks!

Instead of putting them in the oven, I toasted the English muffin and then put it in the microwave after putting on all the toppings. This recipe is especially great for kids to get them involved in the kitchen, and it's easy for every one to get the exact pizza toppings they want.

These "pizzas" are healthy, delicious, and enjoyable for adults and children. Its a great way to get kids involved in the kitchen as well, teaching them how to make healthy meals.
