Ratings & Reviews

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a GREAT version of a lasagna bake dish! This is a GREAT version of a lasagna bake dish! I added BOCA Meatless ground beef to the recipe so that my family could get all of the four food groups in their system w/out the added fat in regular ground beef! The thing I love most about this dinner is that you can add the veggies, and the kids can get their necessary servings of veggies and yet at the same time, they're getting to eat a pizza pasta-like dinner! In a nutshell, it's both nutritious AND delicious! Hallelujah for this recipe! They're getting their veggies, their protein and their calcium as well thanks to the yummy cheese! I also added KRAFT Singles and Velveeta Cheddar Cheese to the recipe as well for an added cheesy flavor! EVERYONE loved it!

I have a get together coming up and I will make this recipe..I love the pasta and vegetables together, but I will probably add a tiny bit of sugar to the sauce, being that store bought can be a bit acidity at times, or I will use my own meat sauce, that I always keep on hand. I did not see caloric content, but I feel that if this is your main dish, along with a salad, then a small helping should not be harmful, and I am also diabetic...JCoffia

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I PERSONALLY WOULD NOT FOLLOW ANY RECIPE THAT INCLUDES STORE BOUGHT SAUCE. I PERSONALLY WOULD NOT FOLLOW ANY RECIPE THAT INCLUDES STORE BOUGHT SAUCE. I USED MY OWN AND YOU SHOULD ALSO. I ALWAYS HAVE SOME 'FROZEN' ON HAND. VEGTABLES ARE ALWAYS NICE TO GET IN A RECIPE 'A BIG PLUS'. I USED FRESH. MY TWO RED CHILLY PEPPERS ADDED PLEASENT HEAT. SPRINKLE A LITTLE REGIAINO FOR A LITTLE MORE LIFE. EXCELLENT DISH.

Quick & easy recipes are the best during the week. I always have to double recipes, and in doing so with this one I kept the frozen veggies the same and added ground chicken. They can't wait until I fix this dish again. Thanks sooooo much!!

I'd like to try it with red, yellow, and green pepper strips & boneless chicken strips. I love your new fresh grated Parmesan cheese in the refrigerator section in the super- markets. It will be perfect in this recipe! Thanks!

My husband is not a big veggie eater, never has been, but he absolutely loved this recipe. He is usually leery of psta recipes as he says they hide a multitude of surprises and he does not particularily like those in his meals. My grandkids love it tooo. Surprise!
