I followed the suggestions of other reviewers and added onion. The onion became the flavor bully and that's all we could taste. If I make this again, I would use more sliced mushrooms instead. It was just ok.
Had to make some adjustments. Little extra milk, used seasoned herbs stove top dressing, added 1/2 cup of chopped onion and also extra cheese on top before taking out of the oven. EXCELLENT! Making this for thanksgiving.
