Great - but I have to admit I put a special spin on the salad to use as a main meal. I sauteed the veggies in olive oil, used the Garlic Herb Version of Good Seasons, and also mixed in a 1/2 a cube of lowfat cream cheese to make it creamier! Topped it off w/ a sprinkle of real parmesan cheese! It was a hit!
Good! I loved the different textures-- firm, cheese-filled tortellini, crunchy vegetables, zesty dressing. Definately a unique take on pasta salad.
