I first made this recipe for a company picnic and everyone wanted the recipe. It was so delicious that I had to make it for my family. Great recipe and kids like it, too!

what you need

1
pkg. (9 oz.) refrigerated cheese tortellini
1/2
cup broccoli florets
1/2
cup sliced carrots
1/2
cup red pepper strips
1/2
cup prepared GOOD SEASONS Caesar Dressing Mix

Make It

COOK pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, place vegetables in large colander.

POUR cooked pasta and the pasta cooking water over vegetables; drain well. Place in large bowl.

ADD dressing; toss to coat. Serve immediately. Or, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

This makes a great brown-bag lunch when paired with fresh fruit and fat-free milk.
Variation
Prepare as directed, using prepared GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing & Recipe Mix or KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing.
Substitute
Prepare as directed, using 2-1/2 cups frozen cheese tortellini.
