I used just a 16 oz bag of frozen broccoli, and that worked perfect. I used light cream cheese and light Velveeta... and no one would know the difference! I just love this website!

Cream cheese, velveeta, veggies... oh my! I think this same recipe is on this site again. Very good, entire family liked it, much to my surprise! (Husband, 16 year old, 2 year old)

I would suggest adding more frozen veggies because the recipe has a little too much sauce for the amount of vegetables suggested. I added a handful of frozen peas; very delicious!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I made this with fresh veggies and steamed them for 1 1/2 minutes then added the sauce and... I made this with fresh veggies and steamed them for 1 1/2 minutes then added the sauce and microwaved for one minute and stired it all up. It was super fast and so yummy!!!!
