What You Need

pkg. (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrot blend

1/4

lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut up

oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed

Make It

LAYER vegetables, VELVEETA and cream cheese in 1-1/2-quart microwavable casserole dish; cover.

MICROWAVE on HIGH 13 min. or until vegetables are heated through, stirring after 7 min.

STIR until well blended.

I made this with fresh veggies and steamed them for 1 1/2 minutes then added the sauce and microwaved for one minute and stired it all up. It was super fast and so yummy!!!!

Super easy. Don't use too much cheese. Will make it runny. Great w/grilled pork.

Very easy & tasty side for a variety of main dishes. I would suggest adding more frozen veggies because the recipe has a little too much sauce for the amount of vegetables suggested. I added a handful of frozen peas; very delicious!

Oh my this was good!! I was looking for something to serve my parents with what I had on hand, and this was a fabulous find! I used just a 16 oz bag of frozen broccoli, and that worked perfect. I used light cream cheese and light Velveeta... and no one would know the difference! I just love this website!
