  • Heat oven to 425ºF.
  • Heat dressing in medium nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Remove from heat.
  • Add beans, cheese and salsa; mix well. Spread onto tortillas; roll up tightly. Place, seam sides down, on rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; spray taquitos with additional cooking spray.
  • Bake 17 to 18 min. or until crisp and golden brown.

For a tasty dipping sauce, mix 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream, 1/2 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa, and 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing until blended. Serve with taquitos.

How to Heat Tortillas in the Microwave

Wrap 4 to 6 tortillas in damp paper towels. Microwave on HIGH 25 to 30 sec. or until warmed. Keep tortillas covered until ready to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious and simple! These were quite yummy. I served them as a main course with a salad, avocado and fruit. I modified the dipping sauce a bit - I used Mexican crema instead of sour cream and added cilantro. Yum!
