  • Heat 1 Tbsp. dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add eggs; cook 3 min. or until set, stirring occasionally. Spoon eggs into bowl; cover to keep warm.
  • Heat 2 Tbsp. of the remaining dressing in skillet. Add red peppers, edamame, garlic and ginger; cook 2 min. or until peppers are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
  • Add rice, nuts, soy sauce, eggs and remaining dressing; stir. Cook 3 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Sprinkle with onions.
