tsp.  oil
1/2
medium  red pepper, cut into thin strips
1
cup   thinly sliced stemmed shitake mushrooms
4
 green onions with tops, cut into 1/2-inch lengths
1
Tbsp.   lite teriyaki sauce

  frozen BOCA Grilled Vegetable Veggie Burgers

Make It

HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add vegetables; cook and stir 3 min. or until crisp-tender. Add teriyaki sauce; mix lightly.

MEANWHILE, microwave burgers as directed on package.

SERVE burgers over the vegetable mixture.

Substitute
Substitute button or crimini mushrooms for the shitake mushrooms or 1 generous cup of your favorite fresh stir-fry vegetables for the red peppers, mushrooms and onions.
Special Extra
Drizzle heated burgers with additional lite teriyaki sauce.
