  • Add chili, tomatoes and water; stir. Bring to boil.
  • Stir in rice and VELVEETA; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir until VELVEETA is completely melted.

Substitute

Prepare as directed, using 2% Milk VELVEETA.

    Quick, easy, & very good! I used a can of spicy chili/ beans and my fiancé added Louisiana hot sauce! Served it with garlic cheese biscuits!

    Tweaked it a bit! Needed spice, so I used Rotel tomatoes and chilies undrained instead of plain diced tomatoes. Also added Taco seasoning, on my husbands and mine, for extra flavor. Used 2% Velveeta to reduce fat. Served with Scoops to dip it up with- kinda fun and nacho-like. Everyone enjoyed!
