What You Need

lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut up
1/2
cup each: chopped red and green apples

Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4
tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2
cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Make It

MIX VELVEETA, apples, brown sugar and cinnamon in large microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring after 3 min.

STIR in sour cream.

SERVE hot with WHEAT THINS Original Crackers.

To Halve
Cut ingredients in half. Mix all ingredients except sour cream in 1-qt. microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring after 2 min. Stir in sour cream. Serve as directed. Makes 1-1/4 cups or 10 servings, 2 Tbsp. each.
Keeping It Safe
Hot dips should be discarded after setting at room temperature for 2 hours or longer.
How to Cut Up VELVEETA
Cut VELVEETA (the whole loaf) into slices about 1/2-inch thick. Then, cut each slice crosswise in both directions to make cubes.
