  • Heat oven to 350°F. Beat eggs and milk in large bowl with whisk until well blended. Add all remaining ingredients except sauce; toss to evenly coat.
  • Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; press onto bottom of dish with back of spoon.
  • Bake 30 to 35 min. or until heated through. Cut into squares; serve topped with sauce.


Prepare using 2% Milk VELVEETA and substituting 1 cup cholesterol-free egg product for the eggs.

    Used whole wheat angel hair (my husband's favorite), 2% Velveeta--a little more than 8 oz, since I had some of the jalapeno variety that needed to be used up, skim milk and egg substitute. Then jazzed it up by topping it with spaghetti sauce with Italian sausage and peppers in it--just so there was a little meat! Hubby pronounced it "delicious!"

    Very good and easy. We have made it a few times and added cooked Italian Sausage to it.

    We had a vegetarian school friend over for week-night dinner. We had it with a tomato salad and it was a huge hit with the kids and me.
