I would like to make this, but need some clarification. Is the 3 cups of egg noodles a dry measurement? Or do you mean it will be 3 cups after they're cooked? If it's the latter, what is the dry measurement of the uncooked noodles? Actually, it would be easier if you just stated how many ounces of dry noodles should be used, as that is the measurement provided on the package. I'd appreciate the help.
