I hope this is the recipe from inside the Velveeta box lid! I made this a while ago - forgot to keep it - and now am searching for it! I did add more broccoli and some additional milk. I have loved Velveeta for decades and this was a perfect comfort soup!
I could eat this everyday all day it is soooo good. However, I switched regular diced tomatoes for the ones with the green chiles as I don't like a bite in my cheesy brocolli soup. And unlike ther "real thing" it is not high in carbs and does not drive my blood sugar through the roof.
