Creative Leftovers

Have some leftover turkey? Substitute 3 cups chopped cooked turkey for the cooked fresh chicken.

Ratings & Reviews

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I liked this recipe but didn't love it. I liked this recipe but didn't love it. I used rotel tomaotes with chilis in the recipe to give it some depth. It almost felt like I was eating rotel cheese dip as a soup. I will make it again with maybe more tomatoes, more beans and less velveeta.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Have made this a couple times and it's usually a big hit with spicy food fans. Have made this a couple times and it's usually a big hit with spicy food fans. I mash the beans up with a potato masher to help give it a thicker chili-like consistency. Is VERY cheesy but that's okay by me!
