  • Heat oven to 425ºF
  • Cook chicken in large nonstick skillet on medium heat until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Add 1-1/4 cups milk, Vegetables and Seasoning Mix; stir. Bring to boil; cook 1 min. Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring frequently. Stir in corn. Spoon into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; cover with Cheese Sauce.
  • Add remaining milk to Biscuit Mix; stir just until blended. Spoon over cheese sauce.
  • Bake 16 to 18 min. or until filling is heated through and topping is golden brown.


Prepare using 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs.

    The filling in this meal was tasty. I used fresh chicken and additional frozen vegetables. What my family didn't like was the “biscuit mix” topping. It had a sweet flavor. It was like having a cake mix baked on top. We will not be buying this again.

    This was the worst prepared meal I ever put together. The browned chicken that I did myself was the only part my daughter and I could eat. I was on the phone when she tried it and without knowing her opinion, I tried some later. It was awful. We couldn't decide if it was too salty or sweet. The dried vegetables were dry and crunchy. The biscuit topping was not biscuity at all. The sauce was tasteless. We eat prepared meals once or twice a week and they are usually too salty, as expected, but this was just all-around gross.

    I absolutely adored this meal. I used canned chicken breast to save time and threw in a few frozen veggies. It was phenomenal. My fiance and I both loved it so much, we are having it again just a few days later! It's super quick,and would be really awesome to serve in individual ramekins. Even the leftovers were great! Definitely going to making on a rotational basis.
