I used the recipe off of the Kraft Deluxe Macaroni & Cheese, which is basically the same except it takes a little more milk and water, plus I only used broccoli (3 cups). I was a bit iffy about mixing the mac & cheese with other things, but I was wrong - this was excellent! It was pretty easy, and tasted great, plus it was very filling. It also made a lot - we had plenty of leftovers after my husband and I ate. He isn't a huge fan of broccoli, but he actually enjoyed this too. This would be great for feeding a family with kids.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I LOVED this! I LOVED this! If you're on a budget (and who isn't these days?) then you HAVE to make this. So simple and easy and so few ingredients that you can have a nice meal without spending a ton. I cook for 4 every night, and there was actually enough left over to fill a small Glad container for lunch the next day.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I made this dish for my Mother, Father and Sister and they loved it! I made this dish for my Mother, Father and Sister and they loved it! It was a quick easy dish and I found it a lot easier to cook the chicken breasts whole, then cube them... It bumps up the prep time doing it that way though... But it cuts down on the spread of bacteria.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was very good and easy. This was very good and easy. Very filling too. I did add salt (love salt) when eating. Since I cook just for myself I doubt that I would made again and that is only because too much for just me. I did have left-overs for 3 or 4 days.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was an easy recipe. This was an easy recipe. I used fresh broccoli and carrots so it took a little bit longer. Next time I will use frozen veggies. I will also use the lower fat Velveeta Shells & Cheese. Overall it was a hit.
