VELVEETA® Cheesy Ground Beef Chili & Rice

The rice makes it nice, but what makes this ground beef chili cheesy are the cubes of VELVEETA that get melty and delicious in the skillet.

What You Need

1
lb.  lean ground beef
1
can  (15 oz.) chili with beans
1
can  (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes and green chiles, undrained
1
cup  water
2
cups  instant brown rice, uncooked
1/2
lb.   (8 oz.) 2% Milk VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Make It

BROWN meat in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain.

ADD chili, tomatoes and water to skillet; stir. Bring to boil.

STIR in rice and VELVEETA; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. Stir until VELVEETA is melted.
