Rated 5 out of 5 by from I did mine a little different. I did mine a little different. I melted my cheese and Rotel together, cooked my chicken by itself, made my noodles, steamed my veggies, then mixed it all together in a dish. I put that in the oven to reheat it, and served. Family loved it, and it tasted GREAT!!!

I HAVE attempted to make this recipe twice, following it to the letter, I think the cheese needs to be melted prior to mixing all ingredients, the chicken should at least be browned and the vegetables thawed. The velveeta didn't seem to want to melt and it didn't taste the greatest.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I made this the other night. I made this the other night. I changed the recipe a little. My family hates veggies. So, I put a bag of frozen peppers in and some fresh ones. I cooked the chicken halfway in a pan before I added it. It was pretty good and everyone liked it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and better with a substitution. Change the cheese to Velveeta White Queso, Slice the cheese in thin layers not blocks. If you take your pasta and salsa and veggies and pre mix them up and layer them with the cheese like a lasagna it turns out FANTASTIC. Do not add the meat until after its all cooked. Pre cock the meat separate from the pasta dish and combine on your plate not in the oven. Trust me, this was awesome and far better.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This was really easy, quick & good. This was really easy, quick & good. It was a bit spicier than I prefer, so next I make it, I'll substitute the Ro*tel tomatoes/chilies for a can of plain tomatoes and maybe a small can of *mild* green chilies. I didn't get a big enough block of Velveeta cheese, so I did a combo of Velveeta and grated cheddar cheese--turned out great.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Loved this meal! Loved this meal! I used the VELVEETA but I also used Crackerbarrel Cheese (AGED RESERVE) I grated both of them then I flattened out my chicken and added some seasoning to them. I forgot to pick up a frozen bag of Veggies so all I had was a can on corn. It came out really good! Our 7 Year old couldn't get enough of it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This was a let-down. This was a let-down. First off- if you print the recipe any way other than full-page, it cuts off critical info like cooking the pasta and thawing the vegetable first. Second- the cheese melted funny- looking like it was curdled when it was done. And overall this was really bland. I will not make this again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This recipe sounded really good! This recipe sounded really good! The cheese (which I cut into small pieces) melted exactly where I placed it and did not diffuse throughout the casserole. The taste was very bland. My husband and I disliked it so much I threw the rest away, and we really hate wasting food.
