This was really easy, quick & good. It was a bit spicier than I prefer, so next I make it, I'll substitute the Ro*tel tomatoes/chilies for a can of plain tomatoes and maybe a small can of *mild* green chilies. I didn't get a big enough block of Velveeta cheese, so I did a combo of Velveeta and grated cheddar cheese--turned out great.
