I tried this recipe and loved it after using the advise of previous raters! I browned the chicken using spices like garlic and onion and added seasoning s .for extra flavor. Also used cream cheese for a kick. Tried stir fry veggies for variety. Really delicious. Enjoy!
This was really easy, quick & good. It was a bit spicier than I prefer, so next I make it, I'll substitute the Ro*tel tomatoes/chilies for a can of plain tomatoes and maybe a small can of *mild* green chilies. I didn't get a big enough block of Velveeta cheese, so I did a combo of Velveeta and grated cheddar cheese--turned out great.
I really did not care for this. The cheese didn't melt like I had hoped. It looked like it was curdled milk. There wasn't much of a pop of flavor in it. I won't be making this again.
