  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Prick potatoes in several places with fork. Microwave on HIGH 5 min. or just until tender. Cool 5 min.
  • Cut potatoes into thin slices; place in 8-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray. Top with onions. Whisk remaining ingredients until blended; pour over ingredients in pan.
  • Bake 15 min.; stir gently.

How to Chop Onions
