I didn't have much in the house, so I made this cheesy rice as a snack. I found the mix of velveeta and rice unpleasant. Instead I recommend using macaroni shells. I like the velveeta shell mac and cheese in the box, so next time I go to the store I think I will buy a block of velveeta and macaroni shells and make my own.
Very good. I added a little milk to make it creamier. Will definitely make again.
this turned out pretty good, but i also added som canned chicken breast, and some paprika for more flavor. this makes it more of a one dish meal which worked out great for me.
