  • Bring water to boil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat. Stir in rice and VELVEETA. Reduce heat to low.
  • Cook and stir until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring frequently. Cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 to 7 minutes or until creamy.
  • Stir before serving.

Special Extra

Garnish with chopped fresh parsley just before using.

How to Cube VELVEETA

Cut measured amount of VELVEETA® into slices, each about 1/2-inch thick. Then, cut each slice crosswise in both directions to make cubes.
