what you need

pkg.  (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained
cup  water
cups  MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
lb.  (8 oz.) VELVEETA®, cut up

Make It

BRING broccoli and water to full boil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat.

STIR in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes.

STIR in prepared cheese product; cover. Let stand 4 to 5 minutes. Stir until prepared cheese product is melted.

Thawing Frozen Broccoli
To thaw frozen broccoli, either refrigerate it overnight or run cold water over broccoli in strainer to thaw completely. Drain well before using as desired.
How to Freeze Fresh Broccoli
Cut leftover fresh broccoli into florets and stems into small pieces. Add to boiling water; cook 3 min. Drain broccoli, then immediately place in ice cold water to stop the cooking process; drain. Freeze in resealable freezer-weight bags for up to 3 months.
