  • Microwave 2% Milk VELVEETA and tomatoes in 1-qt. microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring every 2 min.
  • Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Microwave on HIGH 2 min. or until heated through; stir.
  • Serve hot with breadsticks, tortilla chips or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.


Substitute 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained, for the cut-up whole tomatoes.

    I loved this dip is was so easy to make and eat! It goes well with fresh vegetables.

    This is super fast and easy to make. I used diced tomatoes but next time I will drain them because the dip was a bit runny. I served it with salted pretzels but if I was serving it with veggies, I would add some other spices - maybe more red pepper flakes, salt, and/or pepper. Also, use a bowl bigger than 1 qt to make mixing easiest.

    I made the not so healthy version of this that can be found on the 2 lb regular Velveeta box. It calls for 10 oz frozen spinach, 1 lb Velveeta, 4 oz Cream Cheese, 1 can Rotel, and 8 slices Bacon. I don't use bacon though. Big hit with my family!
