I've made this a couple times, my family loves it! This recipe is very easy. I have to double the recipe to feed everyone so it takes twice as long, and I have to cook the veggies separate first, then add them in with the pasta. I highly recommend this recipe!
My husband and I loved this, but I left out the red pepper and lemon juice and used lemon pepper seosoning instead. I had to add more water to finish cooking the pasta. Overall, I'd make it again.
