I actually really liked this recipe. I wish that it was larger, it requires 1 lb. of chicken, and we usually cook 2 lb. My kids and husband like leftovers for work and school, and so we usually make more. We needed to add bread crumbs, noodles, and baby swiss cheese slices (what we had on hand). In the end it was delicious!! Both kids liked it, which is all I can ask for. My kids are very healthy eaters, they love veggies and fruit and turn their noses up at meat. They are not like me!! We all loved this dish, and the leftovers were fought over. I wish they'd double the recipe, to accommodate an actual family size, and improve the noodles. I'm picky about my noodle brand, I like good quality. All in all, it was a very nice quick and easy meal. I would recommend it!!!
