What You Need

cups  matchlike zucchini sticks
cups  cauliflower florets
Tbsp.  oil
cups  halved cherry tomatoes
cup  mostaccioli, cooked, drained
tsp.  dried basil leaves, crushed
oz.  VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Make It

COOK and stir zucchini and cauliflower in oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat until crisp-tender.

ADD tomatoes, pasta and basil; mix lightly. Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.

STIR in VELVEETA; cook until melted, stirring occasionally.

Serving Suggestion
Serve mixed with 1 (6-oz.) pkg. OSCAR MAYER Chicken Breast Strips. Then, round out the meal with CRYSTAL LIGHT Peach Flavor Iced Tea.
Use Your Microwave
Combine zucchini, cauliflower and oil in 3-qt. casserole dish or microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 4 to 6 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring every 2 min. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 4 to 6 min. or until VELVEETA is melted, stirring every 2 min.
Perfect Pasta
For perfect pasta that's cooked just right, test it often near the end of the cooking time suggested on the package. The perfect pasta is done when it's tender, but still slightly firm as you bite into it. To keep the pasta from cooking any further, immediately drain it in a colander.
