I added a chopped onion when browing the ground beef and one jar of sliced mushrooms. It came out perfect. Followed the recipe exactly in every other way. Great for a busy evening and from skillet to table took under 20 minutes!

Never any leftovers and I make 2 boxes with 2 lb.s of fresh ground sirloin. A nice tossed salad and fresh Cantaloupe.
