Quick, easy meal and my family loved it!
I just made this tonight as a quickie dinner and a new spin on traditional taco night. My family loved it, and I can't wait to share it w/ friends. This is defintitely a keeper and has gone in my recipe book!! On the side I made a plate of sour cream and salsa, along w/ a plate of tortilla chips. All in all, great family dinner.
