  • Stir in sour cream.
  • Serve hot with crackers or assorted cut-up fresh vegetables.

Special Extra

For a little heat, stir in 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper before microwaving.

I entertain several times a month and have a recipe collection of approximately 75 appetizers that are tried and true. I was looking to add on and found this dip. I made it last night for a playoff party at my home and it was absolutely delicous. I was reluctant to use velveeta since I've never used it before but I'm glad I did. I'm going to make this again and again. Just one note, if you aren't serving a crowd, you may want to halve the dip. It makes a large amount as is.

Only try it with the Mexi Velveeta, gives it a little spice and instead of garlic cloves, garlic pepper is awesome! And add a little salsa to give it some more spice! :D

I put all the ingredients together in the bowl, cover it with foil the night before. That way I just have to grab it and go.
