  • Add pasta to 2 quarts (8 cups) boiling water in a large saucepan. Boil 3 minutes. Stir in vegetables; cook an additional 7 minutes or until pasta is tender. Drain; return to saucepan.
  • Add VELVEETA Made With 2% Milk and seasonings. Cook until VELVEETA is melted, stirring frequently.

Substitute

Substitute elbow macaroni for the rotini.

    my whole family loves this recipe, my husband asks me to make it all the time. It is easy to make, tastes great and cheap to make.

    This is so good! Follow the recipe - hopefully, your young kids will go-for-it when they see the Velveeta (like we did when we were young!) Makes it a lot easier for the veggies to go down! Great recipe, Kraft!
