  • Add pasta to 2 quarts (8 cups) boiling water in a large saucepan. Boil 3 minutes. Stir in vegetables; cook an additional 7 minutes or until pasta is tender. Drain; return to saucepan.
  • Add VELVEETA Made With 2% Milk and seasonings. Cook until VELVEETA is melted, stirring frequently.

Substitute

Substitute elbow macaroni for the rotini.

It is really simple, nothing fancy, but a good way to get in some veggies with your creamy pasta. It can be very thick, so feel free to add milk to thin it out.
