Used Ground Turkey & 2% Velveeta for lower fat content. Also used Whole Wheat Rotini, and substituted 2 1/2 tsp Taco Seasoning for cumin. Added Nonfat Plain Yogurt to give it a creamier, lighter texture; good flavor, no added fat. Made this dish with my 11 Year old daughter. Everyone really liked it, even the horrendously picky 7 year old. We'll prepare this dish again! Thanks, Kraft, for another great recipe!
