Prepare using extra-lean ground beef and 2% Milk VELVEETA.

As written this is good. I think it could be much better. It was a little dry and a little bland. Add a little milk with the Velveeta to make it creamier and add more cumin. If you are not a fan of cumin, try chili powder or taco seasoning. Extra tomatoes would be nice as well.
delicious and easy to make. which is great because with a 3 month old, i need dinners to be as fast and easy as possible. made this with 2% Velveeta and whole wheat pasta shells. definitely want to make again, but hopefully they'll start selling the 2% Velveeta in smaller packages.
I wasn't sure what to make of this but it was delicious, even my picky 5 yr old loved it....will be making this again for sure!
