Rated 5 out of 5 by from This recipe is delicious. This recipe is delicious. The only things I did differently were to sautee the green pepper and onion together. Rated 5 out of 5 by from delicious and easy to make. delicious and easy to make. which is great because with a 3 month old, i need dinners to be as fast and easy as possible. made this with 2% Velveeta and whole wheat pasta shells. definitely want to make again, but hopefully they'll start selling the 2% Velveeta in smaller packages.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from As written this is good. As written this is good. I think it could be much better. It was a little dry and a little bland. Add a little milk with the Velveeta to make it creamier and add more cumin. If you are not a fan of cumin, try chili powder or taco seasoning. Extra tomatoes would be nice as well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yummy. Yummy. I just tried it! I made it for race day! I used taco seasoning instead of the cumin and then put it in the crockpot when it was done on warm. Now, we can eat throughout the day. It is delicious!
