I altered this recipe a bit. I took 2 boxes of Velvetta Shells and Cheese and fixed them, dumped that into a skillet, added my ham (I used sandwich meat, cooked ham about 1/2 of a 12oz package) and then added the mixed vegetables and I did add a little bit of velvetta cheese for extra cheesy flavor. I will fix it again. It was quick and easy and tasty, especially if you are a busy bee like I am.
This is a fast meal to prepare but did not have much flavor. I had to add more cheese than what was in the recipe. Not one of my favorites. thanks
