VELVEETA Jalapeno Stuffed Burgers

This recipe was sort of disasterous. If I had a little more experience in the kitchen, I probably would have known better to just mix the chiles into the meat instead of placing them in the middle of two patties. Also, I would have grilled them instead or cooked them on a lower temp. on the stove. The Medium-High heat they called for cooked the burgers too quickly on the outside and they were still pink on the inside. I had to microwave them the rest of the way so I didn't burn them.

I loved this but I used jalapenos in side instead it was awsome

The burger tasted pretty good. I used rotel tomatoes in the center, which tasted good, but the juice ran out. The patty split apart during cooking, which made it a little lop-sided, but it still tasted good. I also added some spicy mayonaise. YUM!
