This recipe was easy, but tasted so great! As soon as I served it, it was gone! It is so good with the red and green bell pepper and wheat thins.

What You Need

1/2
lb.  (8 oz.) Mexican VELVEETA®, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/2
cup  BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Make It

MICROWAVE VELVEETA in 1-1/2-qt. microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.; stir until completely melted.

STIR in sour cream. Microwave 30 sec.; stir.

SERVE with assorted cut-up fresh vegetables, crackers or baked tortilla chips.

Garnish with chopped fresh cilantro.
How to Reheat Leftovers
Refrigerate any leftovers. When ready to serve, spoon into microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH until heated through, stirring every 30 sec.
