Prepare using ground turkey breast.

The skillet is popular in my house. However, I doctor it up and try to make it healthier.
First, I add to my ground beef while cooking
? 1/2 to whole onion, chop
? ? to whole of any color of bell pepper (I prefer the small, colorful sweet peppers)
Next, follow box directions from adding noodles, water, and seasoning mix to the drained, cooked hamburger. Once the mixture has boiled, according to the directions, I add the following while it is simmering.
? 1 can of drained corn
? 1 can of diced or stewed tomatoes (not drained)
? 1 can of drained, rinsed kidney or black beans (opt.)
? 1 can of drained sliced olives (opt.)
It requires a little more time to simmer with the extra ingredients, as you do not want it to be soupy. It is done when noodles are fully cooked. Serve like nachos with chips, sour *****, and jalapenos, etc..
I usually use 1 box of the VELVEETA Nacho Supreme Skillet per 4 people. If I am cooking for people, I simply add another box and another pound of hamburger. Y
