Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delicious I make a recipe very similar to this one. The only difference is that I melt down the cheese with a half cup of beer in a sauce pan. So delicious, I usually eat it with french bread. I got the recipe from a Wilton fondue set I bought many years ago. Lost the recipe and couldn't remember the quantity of the ingredients needed. So glad I found this recipe!
