  • Brown meat in medium ovenproof skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet; stir in frozen vegetables and gravy.
  • Combine potatoes and VELVEETA; spread over meat mixture.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with a mixed green salad and your favorite fresh fruit to round out the meal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yummy! Yummy! We loved it! Transfered the ground beef mix to a baking dish spead the potato/cheese mix over it instead of using the skillet. Still delicious! Even reheated the next day. Kids didn't even mind the veggies :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from SO DELISH AND SO EASY TO MAKE Made this recipe for the family and we really enjoyed this. So easy to make. The only thing that I did not do was drain that meat and that was a mistake 'cause then it was a little to runny but still so good.
