  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Brown meat in medium skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet; stir in VELVEETA.
  • Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Mix tomatoes and ketchup; spread onto crust. Top with meat mixture.
  • Bake 10 min. Top with lettuce.

    I added refried beans on top of the crust and it added so much more to this recipe. It gave it body. Very good if you add the beans.

    I made this recipe cause I had leftover Velveeta cheese from a previous recipe and I LOVE trying new recipes. I bought the premade crust with three minature pizzas in the package and it was plenty for my husband, my son and I-- in fact there was half a pizza left! This was super easy and my husband described it was "decadent" (lol) and said that it was very filling- he couldn't finish his (he has more than one pizza on his plate) and he asked when I was making it again. I made it just as described except on my one year old piece I just used ketchup as the base instead of using Rotel. Great and I WILL be making it again!

    I made this, and it is really good. I made a few changes though. I did not use ketchup to mix in with the Rotel, instead I used enchilada sauce. I also melted the velveeta in with the meat (i used turkey) so it was just cheesy meat, spread it around on the pizza crust with the rotel mixture.. and put a light layer of cheese (shredded), since it can't be considered a pizza without cheese, right?? haha. I topped the finished product with sour cream and taco sauce instead of lettuce. Very good!
