VELVEETA Spicy Sausage Dip

We love this dip but I've used cream cheese in place of velveeta

Excellent dip! I like using Mild Mexican Velveeta cheese and Hot pork sausage. It makes it extra spicy, which I love!

So good! This is so easy to make, I was a little hesitant about making it in the microwave, but it turned out great! You could also do in a saucepan, either way. I served it with the Tostitos scoops. I ended up making 2 batches, everyone loved it so much! I didn't even get to taste the first batch, it was gone in no time. This is a keeper, and a crowd pleaser.

This is really easy to make and it taste sooo good.

Have been making a similar recipe to this for over 20 years. I use 1 lb. mild breakfast sausage & 1 lb. gr. chuck, sm. jar of drained pimentoes, velvetta cheese, & 1 can evaporated milk. Always take it in a crock pot, or the cheese will set back up stiff! I serve with taco scoop chips. Always a favorite, always people want the recipe. A family hit at our house!
